Toni Jennings Workforce Development Professional of the Year

This award was first given in 2007 to honor and recognize the former Lieutenant Governor’s exceptional leadership in revamping Florida’s workforce system to respond to critical workforce needs and to advance local, regional and state economic development.

Eligibility:
Any full-time workforce development professional that has made a significant impact on Florida’s workforce system is eligible.

Nomination Process:
Members of the FEDC or any interested person or organization may submit nominations. The application should include the entry form, biography, and a photograph. The judges may request additional information from the nominating party as required.

Competitive Criteria:
The Toni Jennings Workforce Development Professional of the Year Award will be selected from statewide nominations.

Awards Ceremony:
The recipient will be recognized at the FEDC Awards Dinner held during the FEDC Annual Conference.
