This individual will have the knowledge, skills and ability to support the VP in the job creation process. The director will oversee the support functions in business development process and project management. This individual will also be
accountable for achieving the results of the EDC’s strategic plan and related work plans as approved by the Board of
Directors. The Business Development Director reports to the VP of Business Recruitment and Retention.
