Performs a variety of administrative, technical, and professional work in preparation and implementation of economic and community development plans, programs, and services. Takes lead role in promoting Washington County as an ideal business and industry location with site consultants, investors, business owners, etc.

Develops for WCEDC approval and oversees implementation of a Strategic Plan encompassing but not limited to the following:

-    Workforce Development
-    Business Retention and Expansion
-    Business Recruitment and Marketing
-    Enhance Economic Development Capacity
-    Support Entrepreneurship Development
