Performs highly responsible, professional duties related to economic development.  Primary functions are to monitor performance and certify, compliance with economic development incentive programs and agreements, perform cost benefit analysis to use in developing inducement packages for negotiations with major business prospects yielding increase in quality jobs and private capital investment to improve employment opportunities in Hillsborough County.
