Team Volusia is seeking an outgoing, self-motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Director, Business Development to identify companies to recruit to Volusia County and provide detailed research for the organization. This person will be responsible for aggressively promoting the Greater Daytona Region to corporate CEOs, site selection consultants, real estate brokers and other industry professionals through targeted sales missions/trade shows, communications, and managing projects through
the entire site selection process.

The Economic Development Strategist provides advanced professional support to the Economic Development Program Manager in executing the City’s Economic Development Strategic Plan and the Economic Development Element of the North Port Comprehensive Plan.
