Primary functions are to monitor performance and certify, compliance with economic development incentive programs and agreements, perform cost benefit analysis to use in developing inducement packages for negotiations with major business prospects yielding increase in quality jobs and private capital investment to improve employment opportunities in Hillsborough County. This position monitors performance and certifies compliance for Economic Development projects totaling over $55 million. Responsibilities will include generating, maintaining and interpretative analysis of incentive and grant program data, understanding and applying accounting, financial analysis and auditing practices needed policy and program development, and administration of several incentive and grant programs.
