The Economic Development Business Analyst supports the management of economic development projects and Site Readiness evaluations with the goals of generating new jobs, capital investment, and increased tax base for the communities Duke Energy Florida serves while encouraging revenue and load growth for the company to the benefit of Duke Energy Florida customers.

The Analyst will assist economic development managers with project responses & site visits, the coordination of Site Readiness responses, & final presentations, the coordination of meetings & events, and economic development partner outreach.

The Analyst will have the capability of working in coordination with the State President’s organization, Government & Community Relations, Large Account Management, and Power Grid Operations among others to communicate economic development activities, collaborate on projects, check site capacities/service timelines, provide rate estimates, prepare project proposals, organize site visits, and report results to leadership.
