FEDC Annual Awards
Nominate top leaders, projects, and marketing efforts
Annually FEDC recognizes leaders in economic and workforce development, organizations who have announced significant corporate expansion or attraction projects, and organizations who are telling Florida’s story through a variety of partnerships and marketing initiatives. Competitive entries are accepted and juried by experienced professionals. Award winners will be announced at IGNITE 2026 - the FEDC Annual Conference.
As you navigate the awards categories, please be mindful of qualifying criteria and certain sub-categories. For instance:
- The Dan Webster Young Innovator scholarship is now extended to candidates seeking a variety of economic development certifications
- Deals of the Year can be submitted as Regional, Urban and Rural
- Innovation in Marketing categories include a cost sub-category of less than $25,000, between $25,000 and $50,000 and greater than $50,000
- There is a Best In Show entry chosen from all five Innovation in Marketing categories titled The Melissa Medley Creativity Award
